Yoga
Based on mindfulness, I offer a moving meditation yoga practice that brings together the mind, body, and breath as one. Through yoga, you can connect with your inner self while fully experiencing your senses.
The practice aims to provide a sense of comfort and liberation for both the body and mind.
In yoga classes, we explore various themes based on the phases of the moon, seasons, and the 24 solar terms. I incorporate the use of essential oils and share recommended ways to enhance your experience.
Types of yoga classes include aromatherapy yoga, moon yoga, yin yoga, slow flow, mindfulness yoga, and relaxation yoga.

Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the world’s oldest traditional medicine, originating from India over 5,000 years ago. The term comes from the Sanskrit words “Ayuh” (life, longevity) and “Veda” (science, knowledge). It has been passed down as a practical lifestyle and healthcare system. Ayurveda offers abundant wisdom on incorporating its principles into daily life to achieve a harmonious and happy existence, both physically and mentally.
In our workshops, we delve into various aspects such as self-care, dietary practices, detoxification, morning routines, etc. Together, we learn the knowledge derived from Ayurveda, aiming to live in harmony with nature and enrich our daily lives with depth and abundance.

Yoga Nidra
“Nidra” is a Sanskrit word that means “sleep.”
In other words, Yoga Nidra is the “yogic sleep.” It is considered the ultimate relaxation technique, with effects similar to about an hour of sleep in just a 10-minute session.
During Yoga Nidra, you lie down on your back and follow the instructor’s guidance while practicing yoga. It goes beyond simply moving the body and involves introspection, aiming for the overall well-being of the mind and body.
Although it is referred to as “sleep,” you are not actually sleeping but rather relaxing the entire body and entering a meditative state. It doesn’t require complex techniques or specific poses. You simply close your eyes and listen to the instructor’s guidance.
Yoga Nidra offers highly effective relaxation benefits, which are much needed by individuals living with daily stress. It helps balance the often disrupted autonomic nervous system, improves psychosomatic disorders, and enhances immune function. After a session, you will feel relieved of fatigue and experience better quality sleep at night.
Yoga Nidra provides a deeper relaxation effect than regular sleep, and it has gained attention worldwide. Please try this “ultimate relaxation technique.”
* We practice a brief Yoga Nidra at the end of Relaxation Yoga sessions.

Reiki Healing Session
Chakras are the seven energy centers located within the human body. Although invisible, they align in a straight line from the base of the spine (Root Chakra) to the crown of the head (Crown Chakra). These chakras act as wheels, constantly spinning and generating vitality, starting from the base of the spine.
When the balance of these chakras is disrupted, it can have negative effects on both the mental and physical well-being. Therefore, it is crucial to “align the chakras” and restore balance.
Each chakra is associated with a specific location, and the experiences felt can vary depending on which chakra’s balance is disrupted. Through Reiki healing sessions, I will work to restore balance to your chakras and align them harmoniously.
* In my yoga classes, I also incorporate sequences that focus on the chakras.
* There is a deep connection between aromatherapy and the chakras, so I incorporate specific aromas corresponding to each chakra in my sessions.
